Do you want to bridge the gap between science and practice, and make a real difference in the well-being of young people? At @ease, you’ll have the opportunity to translate research findings into tangible improvements at our locations. Together, we’re working on the future of mental health care for young people. Are you data-driven, innovative, and people-oriented?
@ease works closely with Maastricht University. As a process and implementation specialist, you bridge the gap between research, data, and practice. You understand the language of science and know how to translate it into what truly matters in practice. You ensure that we understand the impact of research at the various @ease locations and that we have a clear picture of the progress of our research and publications, both in terms of communication and in translating them into methodology.
You will draw connections between the results of quantitative surveys and qualitative data. Based on this, you will identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement that contribute to the ongoing development and widespread implementation of @ease locations. Through your work, research findings will not only be published but also implemented and reflected in @ease’s policies, processes, and improvements.
In short, you have strong analytical and communication skills. You understand how to integrate various data sources—both for the local sites and for the nationwide development of the methodology—and you contribute to effective collaboration. You are sharp, able to work both in a team and independently, and you share our mission: to offer young people a safe place where they feel heard and where they can turn when they’re struggling with something.
Do you think it’s important for young people to always have somewhere to turn when they’re worried? Would you like to help create a safe space where young people between the ages of 12 and 25 can share their stories without any obligation? At @ease, we’re here for them! We offer free support to young people, and they can drop in at any of our 15 locations across the Netherlands during set hours. Prefer to connect online? You can also reach us via chat.
Please send your cover letter and resume to jobs@ease.nl, addressed to Sophie. Do you have any questions? Feel free to contact us at jobs@ease.nl. We look forward to hearing from you!
