What do we offer?

- A one-year contract for32 to 36 hoursper week, with the possibility of a permanent position
- A salary ranging from a minimum of€3,337.00to a maximum of€4,480.00(FWG 50) gross, based on a 36-hour workweek
- Year-end bonus of 8.33% of gross annual income and vacation pay of 8% per year

What will you be doing?
As a Practice Advisor, you are the driving force behind a strong learning and development environment at our senior care facilities. You:
- Motivates teams and professionalsby guiding and supporting them in their learning and development journeys.
- Position yourself as a visible and engaged advisoron the front lines, where you work with teams to identify learning needs and translate them into effective learning interventions.
- Develops and coordinates training programs, and offers training and coaching in both group and individual settings.
- Fosters an inspiring work and learning environment where professionals feel safe to grow and develop.
- Navigates smoothly within a complex organizationwith diverse interests and is able to build support among managers, teams, and other stakeholders.
- Dares to think outside the box, but also knows when to adapt or take a step back.
- Helps teams develop sustainable learning practicesand puts Learning and Development firmly on the agenda at your locations.

Who are you?
You are an enthusiastic professional who takes the initiative and gets things done. You enjoy working in a complex, dynamic organization and are skilled at balancing different interests. Additionally:
- Do you have a background in healthcare (preferred), preferably with experience in elder care? This could be as a professional, consultant, or caregiver.
- Do you have knowledge of teaching methods, modern learning approaches, or experience in guiding learning and development processes?
- Are you attuned to organizational dynamics and able to effectively navigate between different levels and stakeholders?
- You’re not afraid to do things differently and think outside the box, but you also know when to slow down to make the right choices.
- Are you a strong communicator who knows how to motivate people and get them on board with your plans?
- Are you good at handling unexpected situations, and do you see finding solutions as a challenge, even when not everything is immediately clear?
Careers at Cordaan
As a Practice Advisor, you’ll be part of theCordaan Academyand work at various locations within elderly care. You’ll spend a lot of time on-site, as your strength lies in bridging the gap between theory and practice. You’ll also have a permanent base at the Havengebouw in Amsterdam, within walking distance of Amsterdam Central Station.Hybrid workis an option, but you’ll make your greatest impact on the front lines.
