About Refugee Team
At Refugee Team, we firmly believe that refugees deserve a full place in Dutch society and can make a valuable contribution to our community. That is why we support them in their integration, from finding a place to live to securing paid employment. Through personal guidance, active workshops, and volunteer work, we work together to ensure they can take the lead in building a future in the Netherlands. Getting involved from day one—that is our goal.
The scheduler is responsible for the entire registration process for new participants, including entering them into the tracking system, placing them in appropriate groups, and coordinating this schedule with the language schools. You actively coordinate the placement of current and new participants and continuously look for ways to improve the processes related to scheduling and language instruction. You are the central point of contact for colleagues, municipalities, and language schools regarding registrations and the progress of language classes. In addition, you monitor participants’ progress—for example, in terms of attendance and scaling up or down—and you regularly consult with the language schools to ensure everything is properly coordinated.
