HR Advisor
The Centraal Museum is seeking a human resources advisor for 28 to 32 hours per week.

As an HR Advisor at the Centraal Museum, you will provide broad support in the field of HR. You will be responsible for both developing and implementing HR policy. You will serve as an advisor to the Management Team and play a key role in organizational development. You will advise managers on recruitment, career progression, and turnover within their departments. If you are eager to contribute to the further development of key HR topics such as onboarding, employee branding, sustainable employability, Management Development, Diversity & Inclusion, and the development of new work processes for the HR Department, we would love to hear from you.
Human Resources is part of the Operations Department; you will work closely with your HR colleague and the payroll administrator.
The Centraal Museum offers competitive terms of employment in accordance with the Museum Collective Labor Agreement. The position is classified in pay grade 10, depending on your education and experience (this translates to a gross salary of €3,208 to €4,196 based on a 36-hour workweek); the pension plan is administered by the ABP. Initially, a one-year employment contract will be offered, with the prospect of permanent employment if you prove to be a suitable candidate.
