What will you be doing?

You will process and verify the monthly payroll.
You manage changes to personnel, payroll, and absence data.
You ensure compliance with laws and regulations, collective bargaining agreements, and internal guidelines.
You are the point of contact for colleagues and managers regarding payroll questions.
You will manage and improve the quality of HR data in our systems.
You identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement in HR and payroll data.
You will develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPI overviews.
You will assist with HR analyses covering areas such as hiring, promotions, turnover, absenteeism, and compensation.
You will improve and digitize payroll and HR data processes and contribute to HR projects.

What are you bringing?

High school diploma or higher, preferably with a background in HR, business administration, or payroll.
Experience with payroll administration and HR information systems (such as AFAS, ADP, Loket).
In-depth knowledge of payroll taxes, labor laws, and employment terms and conditions.
Analytical skills and experience with reporting tools.
You work with precision and a focus on customer service.
You have a keen eye for data quality and privacy (GDPR).
You maintain a clear overview, think in terms of solutions, and work well with others.
You have an excellent command of the Dutch language.

Who do you work with?

You will be part of a close-knit HR team with ambitious plans. The team consists of an HR manager, HR consultants, HR specialists, and an HR assistant. You will work closely with the Finance department, managers, and external parties. You will report to the HR manager.
