WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As a Partnership Manager, you are responsible for establishing and maintaining partnerships with both new and existing clients. You ensure that NewBees INC. is recognized as a partner in the D&I sector and develop tailored proposals for the market. You work closely with the sales and program teams to increase our impact.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with partners and customers in the D&I sector.
  
• Developing creative ideas and new solutions for clients, with a focus on inclusive workplaces.
  
• Identifying potential new partners and clients, and engaging in discussions to expand our services.
  
• Coordinating partnership programs to maximize the impact for our partners and customers.
  
• Translating strategic objectives into operational plans and concrete actions.
  
• Contributing to the development of new ideas and services to strengthen our market position.
  
• Preparing reports and presentations for partners and internal stakeholders.
  

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, articulate, and creative professional who can manage the commercial aspects of partnerships while also understanding the impact of D&I in the workplace. You are able to effectively balance strategic goals with their operational implementation, and you have a genuine passion for diversity and inclusion.

• Sales and Relationship Management: Experience in sales and building strong customer relationships. You know how to identify and capitalize on opportunities.

• Interest in D&I: You have a strong commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and are passionate about raising the profile of these issues within organizations.

• Creativity: You have a creative mindset and can develop new propositions and ideas that strengthen our market position.
