What will you be doing?
As a Partnership Manager, you are responsible for developing and implementing the strategy for relationship management with existing business partners in collaboration with various (internal) stakeholders. Maintaining, engaging, and strengthening relationships is a key part of this role. You monitor budgets and ensure that revenue targets are met, while supporting the Longfonds’s strategic goals. You will develop various forms of collaboration and further refine fundraising propositions and programs for businesses and the pharmaceutical industry, always keeping the impact of the collaboration in mind. Creativity and experience in devising concepts and propositions are essential for this role.
At Longfonds, we distinguish between four different types of partners: Campaigns and Donations, Corporate Friends, Strategic Partners, and Impact Partners. As a Partnership Manager, you are responsible for relationship management and recruiting new partners across all these categories. This means, among other things, that you are willing to regularly attend events, conferences, and other networking opportunities to strengthen ties with existing partners and establish new ones.
Who are you?
You have experience working in complex organizations and are able to consider the needs of both the partners and Longfonds. You have strong conceptual skills and know how to develop effective proposals. In addition, you have a business-minded approach to recruiting the right partners, and you enjoy traveling and building relationships.

This team is responsible for achieving our fundraising goals and consists of eight dedicated fundraising professionals who work with both corporate and individual donors.
