Do you enjoy tackling complex challenges in the healthcare sector? We are deeply committed to driving sustainable improvements in healthcare organizations and making the transitions in the healthcare sector a reality. Clients across the sector rely on us from strategy to implementation, with a focus on topics such as future-proof care, sustainable operations, regional collaboration, innovation, and digitalization.
We’re looking for talented (entry-level) consultants, project managers, or change management specialists. Can you inspire others with your actions and ideas? And do you enjoy working in a close-knit, diverse team that strives to make an impact and have fun? Then get in touch with us today!
Together with your colleagues, you’ll help healthcare organizations achieve their strategic goals in a sector undergoing rapid transformation. You want to join us in shaping the future of healthcare by advising on current issues related to strategy, organization, change, and collaboration.
A large part of your workweek will involve carrying out a variety of assignments at locations such as hospitals, healthcare institutions, or organizations like the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport, the Dutch Healthcare Institute, or ZonMw. Sometimes you’ll work independently, and other times you’ll collaborate with experienced colleagues. For example, as a project leader for a complex change initiative, as a facilitator for a regional collaboration, or as part of our advisory team during a merger process. In addition to working on meaningful projects, you’ll have plenty of time to focus on your own professional development. We offer a comprehensive training program focused on personal leadership, consulting skills, and peer review/coaching. You’ll work on this alongside other talented consultants at TG, but we also believe you learn the most by gaining hands-on experience and observing more experienced colleagues.
Finally, you’ll work alongside your colleagues with a healthy dose of initiative to help develop our team and our consulting services—whether it’s in market development, team building, or organizing fun team outings.
We are looking for a colleague who, like us, is motivated to bring about sustainable improvements in healthcare organizations and who wants to learn new things every day. You enjoy juggling multiple tasks at once and know how to get people on board with your actions and ideas. You want to make a difference in challenging assignments, have a high degree of independence, and seek collaboration with colleagues when needed. You feel at home in a larger consulting team with a diversity of backgrounds.
We are looking for a colleague at the junior level (approx. 2 years of work experience) or the mid-level (min. 4 years of work experience) with experience in organizational consulting, project management, and/or change management. We are looking for a colleague with knowledge of the healthcare landscape. A background in, for example, business administration, organizational psychology, or health sciences is a plus. Additionally, we prefer candidates with an affinity for strategy, broad organizational development, healthcare reform, innovation, digitalization, or regional collaboration. You are familiar with current trends in the sector. Specifically for the mid-career profile, we are looking for a colleague who has previously played a leading role in a complex consulting assignment or change process.
In addition to your resume, we’re especially interested in getting to know you, your motivations, and your personal growth. Even if you don’t see yourself reflected 100% in the description, don’t hesitate to apply. We may be able to determine during an interview whether we’re a good fit for each other.
We promote an inclusive workplace where everyone can be themselves. Want to learn more? Read our diversity and inclusion statement.
