The goal of the neighborhood teams is to enable Almere residents to participate in society to the best of their ability. We work to strengthen individual and collective self-reliance and to build strong neighborhoods. We focus on informal and collective support wherever possible. Where necessary, we offer short-term guidance and support, as well as access to customized services. In this way, the neighborhood teams play an important role in the social sector in Almere.
