Job Description
NTR is the broadcaster behind acclaimed shows such as *Het Klokhuis*, *Andere Tijden*, *Dream School*, and *Kunststof*. In the fields of culture, information, education, and science, we offer content for all audiences, with programs and platforms that inspire and lead to new insights and personal growth.
The Marketing & Communications department plays a key role in increasing our impact by raising public awareness of everything the NTR is and does.
As of October 1, 2025, our Marketing & Communications department is looking for anOnline Marketer.
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Oversee the development and implementation of online marketing strategies and campaigns to raise public awareness of and familiarity with NTR’s programming;
- Work closely with colleagues in marketing & communications, editorial, content marketing, and data analysis to increase the visibility and impact of NTR programs;
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize online campaigns based on objectives and KPIs;
- Optimize social media channels and the NTR portal based on insights from dashboards and analytics (such as Coosto and Quintly);
- Provide advice on and support the implementation of digital visibility initiatives in addition to social media campaigns, such as podcast sponsorship, banner ads, advertorials, and branded content;
- Manage, allocate, and monitor the budget for online media campaigns, with a focus on effectiveness and cost-efficiency;
- Identifying new developments in advertising, platforms, and formats, and translating these into practical applications for campaigns.
Requirements
This is you:
- Extensive experience as an online marketer, preferably in the media industry or a content-driven organization;
- An expert in SEO, SEA, content marketing, social media advertising, and web analytics;
- Familiar with tools such as Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Spotify Ads, and dashboards such as Coosto and Quintly;
- Data-driven and analytically minded: you back up your decisions with data and make adjustments as needed;
- Able to effectively understand different target audiences and their digital behavior;
- You take a project-based and goal-oriented approach, maintain a clear overview, and ensure that plans are carried out;
- You stay up to date on the latest developments in online marketing and advertising, and you actively propose innovative ideas and opportunities to improve our campaigns.
Here's what we offer:
For this position, we offer a one-year contract with the possibility of extension. Depending on your knowledge and experience, the position is compensated within pay scale G (€3,218.27 – €4,909.65) of the broadcasting collective bargaining agreement. The other terms and conditions of employment are also in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement for broadcasting staff.
As an NTR employee, you will receive a 6% December bonus, 8% vacation pay, a travel allowance, more than 5 weeks of vacation per year, annual salary increases, a group pension plan, and a monthly contribution toward your health insurance.
