Online Content Specialist

As an Online Creative at KRO-NCRV’s Zentijd, you will create and produce social media content for our own social media channels. Together with your online colleague, you will be responsible for developing and executing the content plan. 

This includes coming up with and creating creative content about yoga, identifying trends, filming and editing the content you’ve created, monitoring statistics, and ensuring that Zentijd reaches the widest possible audience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• You proactively gather trends and information about yoga and incorporate them creatively into the content for Zentijd
• Together with your colleagues, you’ll create content in various formats, develop new storytelling approaches (text, images, video, audio), and manage Zentijd’s various digital channels (Instagram and TikTok); 
• Social media scheduling (in Monday) is sacred to you, and you know exactly when to post what online thanks to a content strategy;
• You’ll collaborate with colleagues on the online content team to continue sharing knowledge and generating new ideas.
• You spend part of your workday working on content from De Boeddhistische Blik;
• You will write and post articles on the Zentijd page on KRO-NCRV.nl;
• You enjoy tracking the performance of all posts and are able to communicate this to your colleagues;
• You know how online marketing works for your titles. 

About you 

• You have experience with and knowledge of yoga, so you know what a sleeping swan and a pigeon pose are, for example
• You share the KRO-NCRV’s values: an inclusive society where there is room for everyone and where people look out for one another;
• You are a creative and strategic digital content creator;
• You are a flexible, stress-resistant person who works energetically with colleagues or independently;
• You have a strong sense of responsibility and excellent communication skills;
• You are conceptual, creative, and keep a close eye on new trends;
• You have experience shooting and editing video content;
• You have experience working with Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Photoshop. 

About the Digital & Marketing Department

Our department consists of three teams: the Research & Concept Team, the Online Content Team, and the Data & Development Team. What we offer 

We are offering an employment contract effective April 1 through December 31, 2025, for 36 hours per week, with the possibility of extension. In accordance with the Collective Labor Agreement for Broadcasting Personnel, the position is classified in pay scale F or G, depending on education and experience. The salary ranges from €2,711.87 to €3,988.60 per month for a full-time position of 36 hours.
