As an Online Content Creative at KRO-NCRV, you’ll conceive and create online content for various titles, primarily for the NPO Zapp and NPO 3 YouTube channels. For this role, it’s essential that you have an in-depth understanding of YouTube and TikTok and grasp the power of a well-chosen thumbnail and title. In addition, your online content will help ensure that our series stand out and reach a wide audience.
This includes developing and optimizing the social media strategy—such as selecting engaging clips—as well as creating unique TikTok series that align with the content. It also involves executing this strategy, creating thumbnails, crafting copy, and making your posts (primarily videos) as catchy and appealing as possible for each channel, ensuring that viewers remain engaged from the very first second.
You’re constantly analyzing statistics to see what works and what doesn’t. You also use your knowledge and experience to expand your social media reach. Whether you’re creating content for 5-year-olds or 23-year-olds, you know exactly how to tailor the message to reach each target audience.
In this role, you will be part of the “Online Content” team, which is responsible for the online content for KRO-NCRV channels and KRO-NCRV content on NPO channels. In this role, you will work closely with the “Online Video” team—the team that produces the series—and your task will be to enhance them with (additional) online content.

We offer a 36-hour-per-week employment contract, initially for a period of 12 months.
In accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement for Broadcasting Personnel, this position is classified in pay scale F. The salary depends on age and experience and ranges from €2,711.87 to €3,988.60 per month for a full-time position of 36 hours per week.
