For many years, CE Delft has been advising national and international stakeholders on ways to reduce the climate impact of the mobility sector. We do this through independent and transparent research projects. Some recent examples include:
Together with motivated colleagues, you will advise national and regional governments (and possibly also European governments), industry associations, and/or NGOs on current topics such as: zero-emission transportation, the contribution of shared mobility and public transit to a sustainable mobility system, the use of non-fossil fuels, the design of equitable climate policy for the mobility sector, and/or sustainable urban mobility. Depending on your experience and interests, you will focus on topics and types of projects that inspire you. As a senior researcher/advisor, you will acquire new projects and lead project teams that, for example, assess the environmental impacts of measures, conduct technical or policy analyses, or develop tools and models. As a mid-level researcher/advisor, you will contribute to these projects and acquisitions.
CE Delft offers an informal and non-hierarchical work environment. You’ll work in rotating teams on a wide range of projects related to sustainable (personal) mobility and transportation. Our work is often multidisciplinary, so you’ll collaborate frequently with experts both within and outside CE Delft. You’ll do all of this as part of a team of fifteen colleagues from various disciplines who are passionate about their work.
