At CE Delft,renewable transport fuelsis one of our areas of expertise. To strengthen this area, we are looking for an: Experienced Researcher I Consultant in Renewable Transport Fuels
As an experienced senior researcher/consultant in the field of renewable fuels, you will acquire and lead projects related to renewable fuels for aviation, maritime transport, and other heavy-duty modes of transport, where sustainability is an urgent priority and electrification is not (yet) feasible. You will investigate how the chain from production to use works and how this impacts, for example, the availability of raw materials, sustainability, demand creation, and energy security.
You will work on projects for government agencies (both national and European), businesses, and civil society organizations. You will do this in collaboration with colleagues from the Mobility & Transport team, as well as with colleagues from other departments, such as our industry experts, energy specialists, or environmental economists.
