
Erfgoed Gelderland is seeking an Office Manager for Administration, Projects, and IT who has a clear understanding of the organization’s operations regarding (financial) project administration and related IT systems.
As Office Manager for Administration, Projects, and IT, you have a clear overview of what is happening within the organization in terms of (financial) project administration and related IT systems. In this role, you contribute to the optimal functioning of the organization. You collaborate with the external controller and internal (project) staff and ensure the accurate submission of project data for financial and project administration purposes. You report to the Director of Operations.
You ensure that the project management systems are up to date and that employees use them correctly. You are mindful of cybersecurity and can monitor this area internally. You are an integral part of the organization and can step in to assist with other support tasks as needed.
The Gelderland Heritage Foundation adheres to the Museum Collective Bargaining Agreement. The position is classified in pay scale 9 of this agreement, with a gross salary ranging from €3,300 to €3,700 based on a full-time appointment. Pay grade is determined based on knowledge and experience. The appointment is for one year with a one-month probationary period. The appointment may be extended after one year.
