Would you like to join our team?
As an Office Coordinator at Post Covid NL, you’ll be the driving force behind the organization and will support our multidisciplinary team. You’ll ensure that everything runs smoothly. You’ll play a crucial role in managing our quarterly cycle, providing administrative support, and contributing to grant applications and accountability reports.
What will you be doing?
- You schedule the quarterly meetings and prepare for them by checking in with colleagues beforehand to see which goals have already been achieved and what we need to discuss;
- You schedule external meetings and book meeting rooms and other facilities;
- You ensure that daily operational processes run smoothly and keep the team organized and on track;
- You will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and foster effective collaboration within the team;
- You will facilitate meetings, monitor the progress of projects, and assist our director with administrative and organizational tasks;
- You will assist with grant applications and play a role in reporting on them.
We ask
- At least a high school diploma, with demonstrable experience in a similar position, preferably within the healthcare sector or a patient organization;
- A structured and organized work style, with an eye for detail;
- A self-motivated individual who takes the initiative to tackle tasks and optimize processes;
- A person with strong interpersonal skills who works well with others;
- A way with words is a plus! You can write clearly and persuasively, especially when it comes to grant applications and reports;
- Flexibility and a results-oriented approach, with a strong focus on supporting the team and the mission of Post Covid NL.
Our offerings
- a one-year contract with the possibility of extension (this position is dependent on funding);
- a salary in accordance with pay scale H of the Longfonds collective bargaining agreement (maximum of €4,112 per month based on full-time employment of 36 hours per week);
