Your future job as a procurement lawyer?
As a procurement lawyer, you’ll have a varied role, contributing to the procurement of various goods and services in collaboration with internal clients and your fellow procurement advisors. You will provide legal advice and support in the execution of European, national, and (multi-party) private tenders. In addition, you will handle other (complex) procurement law questions and issues related to contracts in the broadest sense, including the terms and conditions of purchase, ARBIT, ARVODI, and ARIV. In this multifaceted role, you will work closely with the other procurement lawyer, among others. You will serve as a point of reference for procurement colleagues and a sparring partner for the head of the unit. Your role extends beyond simply conducting legal reviews; you will proactively contribute ideas regarding procurement processes and make concrete proposals for improvement. Your responsibilities will include the following:
Does the work described above sound exciting to you? As the icing on the cake, you’ll help optimize the quality of our services.
