What will you be doing as a mid-level organizational consultant at Goed geschud?

Floor

If you have several years of work experience, we can well imagine that you’d like to specialize in a particular sector. At Goed geschud, as a mid-career professional, you’ll have the opportunity to focus your assignments on education, social services, or public administration. That said, you’re always welcome to take on assignments in other sectors as well. This often leads to surprising insights that you can then apply to your area of focus.

Entrepreneurial

You make your voice heard in the market, you’re proactive, and you bring in your own projects. As part of various project teams, you’ll work on a range of social issues. You’ll carry out each project alongside a junior colleague and, if necessary, a senior colleague. You’ll always be working on multiple projects and in different teams at the same time. This creates a dynamic and varied work environment and keeps you on your toes.

Resourceful and decisive

From client acquisition to consulting, you can bring your own creative and decisive touch to the projects you lead and contribute to. With us, you’ll have the freedom to incorporate your own perspective into every project. Through everyone’s contributions, we work together to create rock-solid advice. You then ensure, together with the team, that the advice is implemented and that a real difference is made for the people it affects.

The advice we provide is of the highest quality, and that’s how we make a real difference in practice. As a project manager, you’ll be actively involved in translating our recommendations into concrete actions.

• Do you have about 5 years of relevant work experience, for example as an organizational consultant, policy advisor, or project manager? (A year or two more or less doesn’t matter.)
• Do you have a college degree and are you available to work at least 36 hours a week?
• Are you available starting March 1?

• We value your contribution to Goed geschud more than the number of days you work each year. You choose how many vacation days you take and receive 8% vacation pay. This gives you the flexibility to take time off on the holidays and special days that are important to you;
• We contribute to your pension;
• Finally, this position naturally comes with a competitive salary of up to €4,580 gross per month, including vacation pay.
