As a marketing and communications specialist, you’ll make a significant contribution to Utrechtzorg’s goals. With enthusiasm and creativity, you’ll develop marketing campaigns and ensure an optimal communication strategy for partner organizations, such as healthcare and social services organizations, educational institutions, political bodies, industry associations, and the local community. You’ll keep track of developments in healthcare, wellness, and (online) marketing, looking for opportunities to implement these at Utrechtzorg. You’ll design and execute the marketing and communications calendar, ensuring its continuity and effectiveness. As the “hub of the wheel,” you’ll collaborate with internal and external partners, including program managers and project teams. You know how to integrate new initiatives into the overall strategy. You are active in content marketing—including websites, blogs, social media channels, email newsletters, white papers, and event support—targeted at our key audiences, such as participating organizations, regional healthcare and welfare professionals, and potential new hires.
You will focus on maximizing visibility and engagement with our target audience(s) using online performance strategies (SEO and SEA). You will identify new opportunities and initiatives to further enhance our online presence and, together with your team, ensure a consistent presence and engagement on social media. You will coordinate the timeline and content for our communication channels—from newsletters to the website—and collaborate with the team on their implementation. In short: a role at the tactical level where you’ll contribute to strategy and be involved in the execution of the design.
