This way, an employee can donate €80 per month to charity with just €25! Employers can use our fintech platform to involve their employees in their CSR policy and become an even more attractive employer. With over 1,000 users, more than 170,000 euros has already been donated to charities such as UNICEF, the Food Bank, and Justdiggit. And we’ve only just begun. What are you going to do?
- You will become the leader of the CIM team. You will motivate and inspire the team, optimize processes, and take the entire team to the next level.
- You will become a Customer Impact Manager and ensure the successful implementation of our services for existing and new clients (businesses) of The Social Handshake
- You will give kick-off presentations (together with charitable organizations) to our clients and their employees
- You know how to inspire employees with your story and get them involved
- You are responsible for account management and client relations (including those with charitable organizations)
- You will ensure that all information regarding all customers is maintained accurately and in an organized manner
- You will be responsible for internal projects at The Social Handshake
- You will help further optimize the Customer Success Management process and contribute ideas regarding the content and design of communication and engagement tools
Who are we looking for?
- We are looking for a mid-level (5–12 years of experience) Customer Impact Manager with a passion for making an impact and a college or university level of education and thinking
- You have experience leading a team and are capable of taking the Customer Impact Management team and process to the next level
- You have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, possess excellent presentation skills, and have an excellent command of Dutch and English
- You have a business mindset and are driven to make an impact together with clients.
- You’re a go-getter and have experience with project management
- You work meticulously and can easily keep track of things
- You have a knack for building relationships and are empathetic
