
Due to an expansion of responsibilities in the Association Services & Product Development department, we are looking for a: Association Services Coordinator (approx. 0.6 FTE)
The Club Services Coordinator is responsible for supporting and advising clubs in various areas. Your expertise and energy will primarily be focused on topics such as adapted handball, promoting a safe handball environment, and implementing the club engagement program leading up to the Women’s Handball World Championship, which will take place in the Netherlands in November and December 2025.
In this role, you will work closely with seven other colleagues on the Association Services & Product Development team, as well as with many volunteers across the country. You will report to the Association Services & Product Development Manager.
The Dutch Handball Association (NHV) is the national umbrella organization for all 336 handball clubs and approximately 50,000 members. The NHV office is located at the Papendal Sports Center (Arnhem, Gelderland) and consists of a team of 35 staff members, 4–6 interns, and many volunteers, all of whom are dedicated to efficiently and effectively supporting handball clubs in becoming better, stronger, and larger. In our daily work, theHandball Agenda 2032serves as our most important guiding principle.
