
Nederlands Dans Theater is seeking a Talent Development & Education Coordinator (m/f/x) for its Talent Development & Education department .
As a Talent Development & Education Specialist, you will be responsible for the content and production of educational programs for young people, both in educational settings and during leisure time.
You are both an educational developer and a producer, and in this role you will be involved in developing, producing, and finalizing multiple ongoing and new projects, such as: NDT Experience and NDT Young Creatives. You have expertise in cultural education for youth, particularly in dance within an urban context for diverse target groups. You will lead various project teams of dance instructors and conduct regular evaluations to monitor quality, progress, costs, and scheduling, making adjustments as needed.
To ensure that all projects run smoothly, you will coordinate the collaboration between all NDT departments and external parties involved in the implementation of the projects. You are committed to ensuring that all necessary conditions are in place to successfully complete the work, and you foster a harmonious and inspiring collaboration with all parties involved.
