NEOS advises schools and other partners on developing a vision for cultural education and supports them in designing cultural education programs. We are committed to achieving tangible results. To effectively organize arts programs in the classroom and in the community, careful planning and scheduling are essential.
Would you like to contribute to cultural education in Amersfoort and Leusden and become our hero in planning and administration?
NEOS is an independent center of expertise for cultural education. Through consulting, programs, training, and networking activities, we support schools and organizations in Amersfoort and the surrounding area in expanding their cultural offerings for children and young people aged 0 to 23. Through customized programs, we guide our partners in improving cultural education, with the goal that they will be largely able to take the lead themselves once our collaboration ends. In implementing these programs, we collaborate with cultural providers. NEOS is formally part of the Scholen in de Kunst Foundation but operates independently, uses its own name, and works transparently based on its own vision and mission.
In the city of Amersfoort, NEOS serves approximately 45 elementary schools and 20 secondary schools and has a close partnership with MBO Amersfoort. In Leusden, NEOS serves all 14 elementary schools.
The Project Support Specialist provides support to the advisors and manager of NEOS Cultural Education. You are an excellent planner and enjoy organizing. Under the supervision of the advisor-project leader, you are responsible for production, planning, and administrative tasks within NEOS.
