Are you the production whiz who keeps ZIMIHC Connect’s operations running smoothly? You’ll support Team Connect with practical tasks such as organizing networking events, knowledge sessions, workshops, and more. Your role will also involve some office management duties, such as managing schedules and planning.
As a rule-follower, you ensure that all Connect events and meetings are fully prepared from start to finish. You don’t shy away from creating a detailed plan. You maintain contact with external speakers and/or trainers and discuss all details with the venue and catering staff. You ensure compliance with content guidelines as needed. At the event itself, you ensure that everything runs smoothly and that ZIMIHC Connect is clearly visible. Afterward, you also ensure a proper wrap-up, including finalized invoices and an evaluation.
Your work at the office mainly involves coordinating schedules and creating and sending out event reminders. You’ll also stay in touch with participants, speakers, trainers, and others from the office regarding events, for example. And you’ll write up reports, because it’s great to cap off all those awesome events you’ve organized with a nice story afterward!
