AV Production Facilities Associate (m/f/x)

We are currently seeking aProduction Facilities AV Associate (m/f/x) for our IT and Production Facilities department.

Here's what you'll be doing:

The ICT and Production Facilities department is looking for an enthusiastic colleague who is available to work 20 to 24 hours per week as soon as possible. The main responsibilities include scheduling and booking facilities for NTR and entering administrative data into the designated systems.  

Duties and responsibilities include: 

• You will schedule the NTR studios, radio facilities, and editing suites within NTR in consultation with the relevant producers. 
• Ensures the accurate and timely submission of billing data to the Financial Administration department. 
• Leases production kits and radio studios under framework agreements when its own resources are insufficient. 
• Advise producers on hiring external editors and audio engineers, ensuring that this is done within the agreed-upon terms and budgets. 
• You will coordinate access to the editing and studio spaces.

This is you:

• You have experience with production planning, budgeting, and technical processes, preferably in TV or radio production. You know how to allocate resources efficiently and ensure that productions run smoothly. 
• You’re a true team player, but you’re also capable of working independently; you take the initiative and are skilled at planning and organizing;  
• You have an eye for detail, work with precision, and love to dot the i's and cross the t's;  
• You can handle stress;  
• You are resourceful, proactive, and have strong communication skills;  
• You easily build relationships with colleagues from various departments and are good at bringing people together.  
• You have an affinity for digital production methods and enjoy staying up to date on technological developments in the field. 

Here's what we offer:

A one-year contract. Depending on your knowledge and experience, this position is compensated within pay scale F of the broadcasting collective bargaining agreement. The other terms and conditions of employment also comply with the collective bargaining agreement for broadcasting personnel.
