
As a Planning Associate at the Concertgebouw, you’ll work at one of the most beautiful concert halls in the world, in a place where there’s something new to experience every day. You’ll play a key role in making concerts and events possible by scheduling the various hospitality staff members, who work as food and beverage/coat check attendants, ushers, tour guides, and party managers. Thanks to your knowledge and experience, and with the help of various software programs, you’ll contribute to scheduling and related tasks, such as creating work schedules.

Your main duties and responsibilities are:
You will be part of the Planning Department, a dedicated, enthusiastic, and friendly team with an informal work atmosphere where you’ll communicate and collaborate with each other frequently
