You will be the point of contact for HR processes. You will perform administrative tasks with precision and serve as the link between employees and the organization. From payroll processing to employment terms and conditions, you will provide advice and support. Will you be our new colleague? We are currently seeking a: HR Administrator (0.8 FTE/30 hours)
What will you be doing?
- You will ensure that personnel data is complete and accurate and process changes in AFAS. You will also keep personnel files up to date.
- You draft standard letters for hiring new employees and for amending and terminating employment contracts.
- You will prepare the monthly payroll and manage the HR inbox, communicating with employees on a daily basis.
- You will handle absence records in accordance with the Gatekeeper Improvement Act and maintain contact with the occupational health and safety service.
- You will support HR consultants on various projects and contribute ideas on how to improve work processes at AFAS.
- You will serve as the primary point of contact for colleagues regarding employment terms and conditions, AFAS, laws and regulations, and will maintain contact with external agencies such as the Occupational Health and Safety Service and the UWV.
What are you bringing?
- You work independently and have several years of experience in HR administration at the MBO+ level.
- You have knowledge of payroll processing and experience with AFAS (Insite and Profit).
- You have an excellent command of the Dutch language.
- You have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- You have a good grasp of the big picture and enjoy taking the initiative.
- You are discreet, reliable, meticulous, helpful, and approachable to your colleagues.
- You work well as part of a team.
Who do you work with?
You will be part of a close-knit and dynamic HR team with ambitious plans for the coming years. In addition to the HR associate, the team consists of three HR consultants and a recruiter. You will also work closely with the Finance department. You will report to the head of the Support department.
