As an online marketing and communications specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the online marketing strategy and producing related online content. You know which channels and resources to use to effectively reach our various target audiences. Whether it involves library activities, museum events, or workshops at CODA ExperienceLab, you not only find it challenging to achieve good results, but you can also demonstrate the results of your efforts through conversion into visitor numbers. In addition, together with your colleagues on the PR team, you are responsible for ensuring an optimal online experience, the effective use of social media, the newsletter, and the website.

What will you be doing?
- Together with the PR team, you will develop marketing plans for CODA’s activities and the events CODA organizes in collaboration with partners;
- You will develop and implement online and social media strategies, set targets, analyze data and statistics, optimize online campaigns (with and without budget support), prepare reports (including for the management team), and engage with the public online;
- Together with your colleagues on the PR team, you will coordinate and manage the online channels (newsletters and social media) and, in collaboration with the webmaster, ensure an optimal website experience;
- You will develop online content—in line with our strategies—either independently or in collaboration with partners. You will work not only with your colleagues on the PR team and the CODA programmers, but also with external photographers, videographers, copywriters, and partner organizations in the Apeldoorn Cultural Quarter (ACEC, GIGANT, and Theater Orpheus);
- Based on the activity plan, you will create a content calendar and ensure that the schedule is followed.
What are you bringing?
- You have a college-level education and way of thinking, an affinity for CODA programming, and several years of relevant work experience;
- You are digitally savvy, active on social media, and have a proven track record of creativity in developing and executing online content and campaigns;
- You have experience with CMS systems, Google Analytics, newsletter platforms, Google Ads, and Meta Ads. Ideally, you are also proficient in using the programs in Adobe Creative Suite;
- You have an eye for graphic design and can adapt to CODA’s style and visual language;
- You write content quickly and accurately for all online channels and resources;
- You are flexible and understand that you may be asked to work outside of regular office hours;
- You set goals and are results-oriented.

- A competitive salary based on the Public Libraries Collective Bargaining Agreement. You will be placed in pay grade 9 (minimum €3,293 and maximum €4,241 gross per month for a 36-hour workweek). The salary depends on your knowledge, experience, and skills;

This position can also be filled on a self-employed basis.
