Here's how you can make a difference
Collaboration in the area of educational logistics is growing within the AUAS. Processes are being harmonized, systems standardized, and work practices are changing. In this dynamic environment, you are one of our logistics experts. Together with your colleagues in the Academic Affairs Office, you support the academic programs and respond flexibly to their needs.
You’ll make sure everything runs smoothly at the start, during, and at the end of the academic year, including:
- You will support the process of academic readiness assessments and decentralized admissions—ensuring that students are well-prepared when they begin their programs. You will collaborate with academic programs to make course catalogs and reading lists available in a timely manner and keep online information up to date.
- You’re the go-to person: students and faculty can come to you with their questions, which you answer thoroughly through various channels. You also handle orders efficiently and accurately.
- At the end of the academic year, you will help ensure a smoothly organized graduation ceremony.
You’ll be working in the education department, a team of about 20 colleagues. With such a diverse group of people, questions, and tasks, you’ll never get bored.
Your workdays are Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday; on Tuesdays and Fridays, you will work at the Jakoba Mulderhuis.
You will be available for part of the summer break: together with a few colleagues, you will ensure that the faculty remains accessible.
