As a Customer Service & Sales Representative at the Concertgebouw, you’ll work at one of the most beautiful concert halls in the world, in a place where there’s something different to experience every day. You’ll play a key role in the connection between the Concertgebouw and its visitors. The Concertgebouw’s visitors are very diverse: there are many regulars, but you’ll also interact with new visitors, including many international guests.

Your main duties and responsibilities are:
You’ll be part of a diverse cashier team consisting of 17 dedicated colleagues of all ages and backgrounds. The team is led by a coordinator and an assistant coordinator.
