As an employee

In Customer Relations and Sales, you are the linchpin in the interaction between the Concertgebouw

and the concertgoers. With your welcoming attitude, you make sure that everyone feels

feels welcome: from young to old, from regulars to first-time visitors, from

Who are you?

• You are

  customer- and service-oriented and enjoys answering all of the visitors’ questions

What will you be doing?

• You sell concert tickets, offer advice, and answer questions
