About CODA
With a public library, museum, archive, and ExperienceLab, CODA is a source of inspiration in the fields of literature, art, heritage, innovation, and technology—right in the heart of the city. Here, you’ll discover the most captivating stories, experience history, immerse yourself in art and culture, and develop 21st-century skills.
Everyone is welcome at CODA, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, religion, background, socioeconomic status, or whether or not they have a disability. Through our educational programs, events, the CODA ExperienceLab, and the Taalhuis Apeldoorn, we are committed to involving everyone. CODA has a comprehensive inclusion program through which we make art, culture, and heritage accessible to various groups in society. As an Inclusion & Diversity Officer, you are responsible for creating a creative, accessible, and cohesive program for various inclusion groups. You understand the current landscape, recognize the importance of these issues, and know how to translate this into programming and how to advise your colleagues.
