You know the IT world, like to get exactly what you want, and thrive on quick thinking. That will come in handy, because as an I&A Specialist, you’ll be in charge of all the IT systems within our organization. And that requires expertise, empathy, a natural curiosity, and excellent social and technical skills.

As an I&A Specialist, you’ll ensure that our digital processes and services run smoothly by coordinating effectively with colleagues and external vendors.
IT work is people work, and as an experienced I&A professional, you know exactly how to help our organization move forward. You effortlessly translate signals and complex issues from across the organization into robust, future-proof technology, software applications, and information systems. You provide proactive advice, ensure consistency within the IT landscape, and make sure that information is available in a reliable, secure, and usable format.
Drawing on your experience, you will coordinate changes, resolve second-line incidents, and provide targeted guidance to suppliers. You will identify opportunities to take our digital operations and digital services to the next level and know how to translate these into concrete improvements.
You are familiar with the technical possibilities in your field and strive for open communication with managers, end users, IT specialists, and suppliers. You want to understand what motivates others and are skilled at resolving functional and technical issues. You enjoy making IT accessible and take pleasure in helping your colleagues. You are sociable, analytical, and have an eye for quality and detail. You have experience with project-based work, a proactive attitude, and the ability to take on tasks independently. You closely follow developments in your field to ensure we can continue to innovate our IT infrastructure.
You’re a natural when it comes to designing, implementing, and managing IT applications and related processes. You have strong analytical skills and can quickly get to grips with applications. You have extensive knowledge and experience in managing Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Cloud environments. Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Endpoint Manager is also desirable.
It would also be great if you have experience with one or more of the following applications: Dynamics Empire ERP, AFAS, and/or Topdesk. You have a college-level education and way of thinking, backed by a college degree in IT.
