As a financial administration specialist, you ensure that the organization’s financial processes run smoothly and reliably. You keep track of income and expenses, process financial data accurately, and help maintain accurate and transparent records. With your attention to detail and aptitude for numbers, you support your colleagues and management by providing up-to-date and reliable financial information.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and friendly colleague who will be a pleasure to work with. You are capable of working both independently and as part of a team. You have strong interpersonal and organizational skills. You can handle stress well, work accurately, and maintain a clear overview of your tasks. You are flexible, customer-focused, helpful, and a problem-solver. You communicate clearly and have a hands-on approach.
Do you have experience with Microsoft Dynamics and/or Business Central? That would be great!

The organization consists of three sectors and several staff units. The finance officer reports to the Control, Information, and Finance (CIF) department within the Operations sector. CIF has several areas of responsibility, including developing financial policy; preparing internal and external planning and control documents (such as the budget, budgeting, financial statements, and reports); maintaining financial records; managing the administrative organization; and conducting internal controls related to operations.
