"What makes my job so enjoyable? The fact that I get to decide for myself whether a client will be a good fit, and that no two days are the same thanks to the variety of tasks." Daniëlle List, Sales Support Project Coordinator and your future colleague
32–40 hours | UTRECHT / HYBRID | €2,800 – €3,400
Here's what you'll do as an inside sales representative
Together with your team, you’ll support the business development managers and trainers throughout the sales process for our training programs. Existing and potential new clients will call you with questions about our offerings. You’ll advise them effortlessly and convert these leads into quotes or connect the right business development manager to the client’s needs. You’ll ensure smooth communication between different departments and assist with preparing quotes, handling sales administration, and following up on client inquiries.
Here's what your workday might look like
- 8:30 AM The start of a new day. It’s Tuesday, so you’re working at the office today. After greeting your coworkers and grabbing a cup of coffee, you dive into your tasks for the day, full of energy.
- 9:00 AM No two days are ever the same, but you start by checking your inbox to see if there are any urgent tasks and then plan out your day. You know that ad-hoc tasks can always pop up, so you take that into account.
- 10:00 It’s time for the weekly meeting with the business development managers and the marketing team. You’ll discuss the current status, share updates, and brainstorm ideas for joint activities.
- 11:30 You have a meeting scheduled with a trainer to go over a quote in detail so you can send it out quickly before lunch.
- 12:30 Time for a well-deserved lunch break! You can have lunch with colleagues from other departments or grab a sandwich while taking a walk through the park.
- 1:00 PM After lunch, it’s time to focus and get started on a quote. You calculate the quote, review its contents, and enter it into the system.
- 2:00 PM You will brainstorm with the team about potential process improvements.
- 3:00 PM Time for a cup of coffee. After that, you’ll call a potential client to gather information for a quote. You plan to work out the details of the quote tomorrow.
- 4:00 PM You update your sales records and answer a few incoming calls from potential leads.
- 5:00 PM You wrap up the day by taking care of a few final emails, and then you head home feeling satisfied.
This is where you'll find inspiration

Did you know we have a Wall of Inspiration at the office? All our colleagues have added a photo of their source of inspiration. Who do you think should be featured alongside Nelson Mandela and Aletta Jacobs?
