What will you be doing as an office staff member?
As an office staff member, you will support our consultants and maintain contact with existing and new clients. You will help foster strong partnerships with schools and ensure high-quality service within the education sector. Your responsibilities will include:
- maintaining verbal and written communication with customers;
- scheduling appointments for your advisors;
- supporting your advisors in their day-to-day work;
- processing and maintaining customer and sales data in our systems;
- supporting teachers in using our online learning programs;
- conducting evaluations with instructors and teaching teams;
- contribute ideas and offer advice during internal meetings.
- You work in an organized manner, clearly coordinate your tasks with colleagues, and keep track of your responsibilities.
