
As a Maintenance Officer, you will share responsibility for managing the equipment and supplies of the Amsterdam-Amstelland Fire Department. You will ensure that the equipment and supplies are in optimal condition and ready for use.
As a Maintenance Technician on the Engineering Team, you are responsible for our fire trucks and other equipment.
Your duties and responsibilities are
To excel in your work, it’s important that you have strong technical skills. You’re able to quickly and effectively identify and resolve minor technical issues. Of course, it’s also important that you’re a great colleague who’s a pleasure to work with!
Do you have any experience with firefighting? If so, that’s a plus!

The Technical Team consists of a total of 12 employees who are responsible for the maintenance and management of all equipment and materials.
The Technical Team is part of the Facilities Management Department and is located at Galwin 3 in Amsterdam.
