Wilde Ganzen is looking for an enthusiastic, results-oriented marketer with a keen eye for data and strong project management skills. As a Loyalty & Retention Marketer for the private sector, you will develop and oversee fundraising and retention campaigns for existing donors. You will also contribute ideas for recruiting new donors.
As a Loyalty & Retention Marketer, you are responsible for generating revenue from our existing donor base and retaining donors. You are responsible for communication and fundraising efforts targeting various segments within the donor database. You utilize direct marketing techniques and initiate promotional campaigns for specific segments in the database. Specifically, you spend a significant amount of time devising and implementing telemarketing campaigns, direct mailings, and retention campaigns. In doing so, you work closely with your immediate colleagues and external vendors. Monitoring budgets, preparing management reports, and analyzing campaigns are key aspects of this role. You will be part of the Marketing team; together, we work to introduce more and more donors and other advocates to the work of Wilde Ganzen.
Wilde Ganzen strives to be a diverse and inclusive organization, so we respect your beliefs, where you were born, and who you love. Above all, we’re interested in who you are and how you might contribute to our organization.
Wilde Ganzen is young at heart and has been fighting poverty for 65 years. We live up to our slogan, “Small Project, Big Difference,” by supporting small-scale projects initiated by local leaders in partnership with passionate Dutch volunteers. We contribute our knowledge, experience, and financial support. Together, we make a real and immediate difference in people’s lives.
