As an assistant manager, you’ll support your fellow recruiters and serve as a point of contact for management. You’ll help the team with complex issues, take on challenging job openings, and provide strategic advice to management teams.
As an experienced Recruiter and Team Leader, you will guide the recruitment strategy and be closely involved in day-to-day operations. You will set the direction, actively support your team, and take on challenging roles, such as hard-to-fill or time-intensive positions (e.g., niche senior roles, Director, or Operations Manager). You will share your knowledge and experience and inspire the team to develop creative, client-focused solutions.
In addition, you will serve as a key point of contact for management. You will represent the recruitment team in strategic meetings, effectively communicate recruitment strategies, and translate them into concrete actions. Together with your HR colleagues and the HR Director, you will work toward the mission of positioning Arkin as a leading and attractive mental health care organization.
As a Recruitment Manager at Arkin, you will shape a forward-thinking recruitment strategy that makes a real difference in mental health care. With your vision, you will build a robust recruitment policy that meets the evolving needs of the healthcare sector. You will provide guidance and inspiration to a team of five talented recruiters and ensure that their creativity and expertise are utilized to the fullest.
Through your engaged leadership, you consistently motivate your team to develop innovative, customer-focused recruitment solutions. Based on your vision, you develop a multi-year plan and know how to implement it to ensure that objectives are met.
As a key liaison within HR, you will work closely with the management team, effectively representing Arkin’s recruitment strategy and goals. Together with your HR colleagues and the HR Director, you will contribute to the shared mission of positioning Arkin as a leading and attractive mental health care organization in the market.
