About the role

Refugee Team is a fast-growing social enterprise with approximately 90 employees. As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for internal operations, ensuring that the organization can realize its impact and growth ambitions. You will work closely with the board and the management team and supervise the assistant controller. In addition, you will ensure that contract management, IT, finance, and quality management are well-organized and contribute optimally to our mission.

Scope of work:

• Contract and account management: managing and maintaining contracts with partner municipalities, including accountability.
• Financial control: overseeing financial processes, budgets, and grants; supervising the assistant controller.
• IT Management: Ensuring an efficient and secure IT environment in collaboration with external vendors.
• Quality management: optimizing and ensuring the reliability of processes and reports, including compliance with ISO 9001. 
• Reporting and accountability: preparing financial and operational reports for management, municipalities, and other stakeholders.

Profile

• You have experience with operations management and contract management in the social sector.
• You excel at process optimization and have an analytical mindset.
• You have a degree in finance and/or business administration at the associate’s degree level or higher.
• You have strong communication skills and know how to bring different stakeholders together.
• You work in a structured manner, are solution-oriented, and enjoy variety.

• Contract for 32 to 40 hours.
• Starting salary in accordance with the Social Work Collective Bargaining Agreement, pay scale 11.
