The Pon Management Traineeship is all about freedom. It’s about developing yourself as a person. And about discovering how you can make an impact as a professional. How do we put that freedom into practice? For example, by letting your passions and ambitions guide you. That way, you get to choose which projects you lead. And where, because you have the opportunity to work on a project abroad. So at Pon, you not only get to know yourself and a whole bunch of colleagues, but you’re also challenged to explore how we can make the world a little better. We move you to a better world. Together with you. 

How does the traineeship work?

The traineeship lasts 20 months. You’ll choose Project 1 together with the Talent Development Manager. After that, you’ll be in the driver’s seat. But you’ll have enthusiastic fellow trainees, mentors, and coaches in the backseat, so you can get the most out of yourself and each other. You’ll work on three six-month projects, plus a two-month Customer Experience program (on the job!). The projects will take you through various business domains and job groups. This way, you’ll discover what you enjoy and where your strengths lie. During your final project, we’ll work together to find a Pon career path that suits you. Think of positions such as Marketing Manager, Proposition Marketer, Team Lead Inside Sales, (Digital) Project Manager, Operations Manager, Business Development Manager, and (many) other roles.

• You're managing four projects, one of which is outside the Netherlands
• You’ll make a real impact and work with a high degree of autonomy and ownership

What are you bringing? 

• A healthy dose of autonomy, ownership, flexibility, and (above all) entrepreneurship
• You’re a natural at making connections and are always looking to build relationships. You thrive on collaborating with people from a wide variety of backgrounds and at all levels of the organization.
• A master’s degree from a university, preferably supplemented by (some) experience in international settings
• A proven affinity for the mobility sector + the drive to make a positive difference 
• Communication skills in Dutch and English, including on screen 
• You have less than two years of work experience
• Ultimately, we’re most curious about you as a person.Why did you make certain choices, and how have they shaped you?

Selection Process: How to Become a Management Trainee!

The selection process consists of 5 rounds. The first round of the application process is uploading your resume. Shortly after uploading your resume, you will receive an email with further instructions regarding your pre-assessment and video interview, as well as detailed information about the rest of the process.

You must complete all of these steps by April 24 , so be sure to upload your resume a few days before the deadline so that you have enough time to take the pre-assessment.
