The Pon Management Traineeship is all about freedom. It’s about developing yourself as a person. And about discovering how you can make an impact as a professional. How do we put that freedom into practice? For example, by letting your passions and ambitions guide you. That way, you get to choose which projects you lead. And where, because you have the opportunity to work on a project abroad. So at Pon, you not only get to know yourself and a whole bunch of colleagues, but you’re also challenged to explore how we can make the world a little better. We move you to a better world. Together with you.
The traineeship lasts 20 months. You’ll choose Project 1 together with the Talent Development Manager. After that, you’ll be in the driver’s seat. But you’ll have enthusiastic fellow trainees, mentors, and coaches in the backseat, so you can get the most out of yourself and each other. You’ll work on three six-month projects, plus a two-month Customer Experience program (on the job!). The projects will take you through various business domains and job groups. This way, you’ll discover what you enjoy and where your strengths lie. During your final project, we’ll work together to find a Pon career path that suits you. Think of positions such as Marketing Manager, Proposition Marketer, Team Lead Inside Sales, (Digital) Project Manager, Operations Manager, Business Development Manager, and (many) other roles.
Pon is one of the largest family-owned companies in the Netherlands and one of the leading players in the mobility sector. Mobility means freedom. And freedom is what we offer you. That doesn’t mean you’ll be on your own in the trainee program, because you’ll be coached and inspired by fellow trainees, a senior mentor, the talent development manager, and an independent coach. And because you’ll take on multiple roles across various Pon companies, you’ll quickly build a large network.
You can also count on an excellent salary, a laptop, a phone, and a car from one of “our” great brands. Plus, you’ll receive discounts on our products and your health insurance. The culture? Entrepreneurial, open, down-to-earth, and with a strong focus on fun and sports. In short, an environment where you can grow and thrive both personally and professionally.
The selection process consists of 5 rounds. The first round of the application process is uploading your resume. Shortly after uploading your resume, you will receive an email with further instructions regarding your pre-assessment and video interview, as well as detailed information about the rest of the process.
You must complete all of these steps by April 24 , so be sure to upload your resume a few days before the deadline so that you have enough time to take the pre-assessment.
