
Are you our new Management Assistant for the Works Council and SHO?
Thanks to your dedication and ambition, the Works Council
(OR), the Collaborative Tenants' Organization (SHO), and the executive director are calculating
optimal support.
You will provide policy-related support to the executive director and the Works Council and
in legal proceedings concerning issues related to the Works Council Act (WOR). Also
you will assist the managing director in ensuring the smooth operation of the
Cooperative Tenants' Organizations (SHO). You serve as the link between the SHO
and Wooncompagnie, reaches out to the committees, and finds out what’s going on.
You can shape this yourself. This is how you help build a strong foundation for good
tenant participation.
Ensuring smooth meeting scheduling and well-prepared meetings,
That's no big deal for you. You have no trouble distinguishing between what's important and what isn't.
You work well with others and process information quickly. You write meeting minutes and reports with ease.
A deal is a deal, and you make sure it’s honored. You monitor the
action items and decisions. With a keen sense of (administrative) dynamics, support
you (whether asked or not) advise the director on matters relating to the Act on the
consultations between tenants and the landlord (the Consultation Act) and agreements arising from the
cooperation agreement with the SHO. You ensure that documents are clear,
be complete and understandable.
Every Thursday morning, you attend the internal Works Council meeting,
with the Works Council meeting with the executive director once every six weeks
takes place. You must also be available on Wednesday evenings six times a year
for the SHO meetings. The rest of the time, you will mainly
independently at the office or from home.
You are an experienced Management Assistant with a college degree, or you are
willing to pursue training. Training to become an Administrative Secretary is the
the perfect fit for this position. You have a thorough command of the Dutch language
details and is able to translate complex texts into understandable language (language level
B1). You work with precision and take the initiative.
Strong digital skills, including experience with Office
Experience with iBabs is a plus.
