Would you enjoy working as the first point of contact at the heart of our dynamic media organization? Are you comfortable handling complex scheduling involving many (external) stakeholders? Are you sociable and curious, so you’re always up to date on what’s going on and can keep managers informed about matters relevant to them? Then this is the job for you!
In this role, you will primarily be responsible for coordinating and organizing schedules, often involving many parties and numerous details. This includes scheduling meetings, anticipating changes, and managing conflicting appointments. You will support at least three managers, welcome guests, and handle phone requests and emails. When your fellow management assistants are absent, you will cover for them.
