
As a local sales activation manager, you’re the business-minded professional who sees opportunities everywhere. You’re the link that connects the execution on the ground in cities of Rabobank’s strategy, which is developed at the headquarters in Utrecht. Based in a specific city, you’ll work closely with your colleagues at headquarters to develop and implement integrated initiatives in cities. In doing so, you’ll make a creative and commercial impact. You understand the world of urban youth and entrepreneurs and know how to translate this into relevant, creative activations that truly resonate in the city. In doing so, you use data and insights to support decisions and achieve optimizations.
Will you be the indispensable force that seamlessly connects local sales activities in the cities with central strategy and resources? As a Local Sales Activation Manager at Rabobank, you’ll drive commercial success in one of five major cities: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, Utrecht, or Eindhoven. You’ll not only bring structure to the overall sales and marketing activities in the cities; you’ll launch complex, groundbreaking sales and marketing initiatives that increase Rabobank’s visibility and commercial impact. Think big: create events and content that leave a lasting impression, discover untapped channels, and take the conversion rate of local activations to unprecedented levels. You will be part of the Cooperative Banking segment and will work closely with the Rabobank director in a specific city: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, Utrecht, or Eindhoven. You will also work closely with the Urban Content & Activation Marketer at Chapter Marketing and the MCC Lead (your direct supervisor). In addition, you will be part of an overarching community where you, your fellow Local Sales Activation Managers, and others dedicated to urban growth exchange experiences and initiatives. This “urban growth” community will consist of approximately 25 FTE.
