As Talent Acquisition Manager at Decathlon Netherlands

You will be responsible for shaping our long-term strategy

in the field of recruitment and leading our recruitment team. Together with a team

At least 5 years of experience in

recruitment and employer branding or recruitment marketing.
Experience in managing and coaching

and building a team of professionals.
Experience with (international)

stakeholder management.
Proven experience in

Optimizing and streamlining recruitment processes and systems.
Excellent skills in

stakeholder management and decision-making.
You are fluent in both English and

fluent in Dutch.
