Mores.online is the central, joint reporting center for inappropriate behavior in the Dutch cultural and creative sector. The foundation’s work consists, on the one hand, of handling reports of inappropriate behavior and, on the other hand, providing policy advice. Mores.online’s mission has gained significant momentum, and it is expected to receive structural funding in the coming years. Currently, efforts are underway to further professionalize the organization, and a project manager is being sought to support the organization’s continued development and assist the board with more operational tasks. The project manager reports to the chairperson.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing an organizational plan
- Preparing a multi-year plan and budget, as well as an annual plan and budget, broken down by quarter
- Contact with the confidential advisors regarding the status and costs of the reports
- Handling incoming requests/emails, in consultation with the board as needed
- Helping to prepare for board meetings
- Providing input for a definitive definition of the role of the facilitator
- Providing solicited and unsolicited advice to the board
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of and experience with the day-to-day operations of a foundation
- Is comfortable dealing with sensitive topics
- Is able to switch effectively between strategic and more operational topics
- Is fully capable of working independently and maintaining communication with the board
- Work experience in the cultural sector
- College-level work and thinking skills

Scope and duration of the assignment
1 to 2 days a week for a period of 6 months. A Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) is required. This is a freelance position.

Working from home, board meeting in Amsterdam.
