
The HR Policy Team is looking for a new colleague to serve as a (Junior) Legal Policy Advisor for Employment Conditions. We’re seeking an advisor who believes it’s important for employment conditions to be clearly and effectively defined. You enjoy solving complex employment-related issues in collaboration with your colleagues in the field. You translate these complex employment matters into clear, understandable policies.
You serve as a point of contact for HR advisors, HR services staff, functional managers, and supervisors within the organization regarding tactical and operational issues related to employment terms and conditions. You analyze the inquiry and/or request and prepare a written recommendation for the person who submitted it, including a proposed course of action.
In addition, you will identify ambiguities and gaps in the employment policy regulations, assess their implications for the safety region, evaluate the effectiveness of existing policies, and make recommendations regarding the development or revision of policies. You will also propose solutions to problems encountered in implementing policies and develop alternatives to address them.

The Human Resources (HR) department is responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of (strategic) HR policies. In addition, the department supports managers in the implementation of HR policies and contributes to the sustainable employability and development of employees. The HR department consists of HR Consulting, HR Policy, Wellness & Health, Legal Affairs, Career Center, Occupational Health & Safety, and HR Services and Functional Management. The department is led by the HR Manager
The Policy Team is one of the teams within the HR department and consists of four policy advisors who work closely with one another and with the other HR teams. Each policy advisor is also involved in various organization-wide projects. The working relationship is based on mutual trust, openness, transparency, and acting with integrity.
