At JINC, we work every day to fulfill our mission: to give as many young people as possible a strong start in the job market. Because every child has talent, and every child deserves equal opportunities. Our team works hard every day to make this a reality. We are looking for a new junior project assistant in our region.
As a junior project assistant, you play a crucial role in our region in helping us achieve our mission. The work as a junior project assistant is varied and involves a range of responsibilities. You will be responsible for organizing our projects from start to finish and ensuring, among other things, that companies and schools are well-prepared for the projects. As a relationship manager, you will serve as a business partner to your contacts and work to build lasting relationships. Additionally, as a recruiter, you will be the driving force behind bringing in new partners and volunteers for JINC.
You’ll start the day at the headquarters of a major insurance company, where you’ll attend their first Bliksemstage. You’ll observe the program so that you can provide feedback afterward and strengthen the relationship: who knows, this might be a potential partner for JINC?
Back at the office, you review the project schedule for the coming month. In our CRM system, you check which schools are participating and which trainers you still need to call to go over the program with them.
Meanwhile, you receive a cancellation from a volunteer for the Lightning Internship scheduled for the day after tomorrow. You act quickly and call a few suitable companies you know to ask if they can fill the spot, and you also notify the school. After school, you call two schools to evaluate a Lightning Internship that took place earlier in the week.
