NTR is the broadcaster behind acclaimed shows such as *Het Klokhuis*, *Andere Tijden*, *Dream School*, and *Kunststof*. As an online editor, you’ll be working at the Online Content Hub, a team that collaborates closely with virtually all of NTR’s editorial departments and external producers. The Hub is your home base, where you’ll work on various titles and projects. It’s a highly varied role, but you’ll be working in the familiar environment of your immediate colleagues at the Hub.

For this creative hub of talent and content, we are currently seeking a: Junior Online Editor (f/x/m) (32–36 hours per week)  

Here's what you'll be doing:

• You create content based on broadcasts and sometimes go out to create your own content;
• Developing effective social media strategies;
• Building, maintaining, and expanding an online community; 
• You will serve as a point of contact for various editorial teams, with whom you will work closely.

This is you:

• An expert in online and social media, you know what works and what doesn't on social media and how to make the most of algorithms;
• Up to date on the latest trends on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other online platforms; 
•  Creative, eager to learn, and open-minded;
• You can adapt audio and video stories into online formats and content;
• You work on several programs at the same time. This means you can maintain an overview, set priorities, and spot opportunities;
• You have experience with Adobe programs such as Premiere and Photoshop.

Here's what we offer:

A one-year contract for 32–36 hours per week, with the possibility of extension. The position is classified in pay grade F of the broadcaster’s collective bargaining agreement.

You’ll also be joining a small, enthusiastic team that works together to develop new skills and expertise. Through the varied work on a wide range of projects, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with many passionate creators while learning to work independently.

At the Content Hub, we work in a hybrid model; we see each other both in the office and online.
