
The Concertgebouw is one of the most visited concert halls in the world, hosting over 900 events and welcoming more than 730,000 visitors each year. Within the Marketing, Communications, and Sales department, you will be part of the Marketing team. This is a dedicated, enthusiastic, and friendly team consisting of five specialized marketers and one junior marketer.
As a Junior Marketer, you will assist the marketing team in reaching (new) target audiences for the Concertgebouw. Together with the team, you will be involved in creating and distributing (online) advertisements, designing brochures and posters, devising and implementing promotional campaigns, and establishing collaborations with partners. The focus of the role is on supporting the marketing for the VriendenLoterij Summer Concerts, which take place annually in July and August.
Your main responsibilities will be:
· You create and distribute ads for social media and other online channels;
· You ensure that posters, advertisements, and flyers are submitted to the printer according to schedule;
· You will develop and maintain relationships with tourism organizations such as hotels, online platforms, and (river) cruise lines;
· You will source the right content, such as photos and videos, to promote concerts and ensure that it is uploaded to our image library;
· You will assist with creating content for social media and our website, among other things;
· You develop and organize promotional campaigns and giveaways with partners;
· You will be responsible for a number of administrative tasks, such as preparing ticket price lists and sending ticket sales updates to artist booking agents.
You will work closely with the Content Marketing and Marketing Intelligence & Online Sales teams, as well as with other departments within the Concertgebouw, such as the Sponsorship and Venue Rental departments.
· A salary between €2,171 and €3,258 gross per month based on full-time employment (38 hours per week);
· Vacation pay and a pension plan;

The contract for the position of Junior Marketer is for a maximum of two years.
